Position Summary A Commissioning Team Lead for the EPG Sales Department is responsible for supervision of the Commissioning Team. The position is focused on the successful execution of EPG projects, working with cross-functional multi-project team resources to ensure expectations are delivered according to defined scope, timeline, and cost parameters. This role will be focused 40% on project execution in Lead Technician Role, 50% Mentor and Development of Commissioning Technicians, 10% on departmental process improvements that drive cost out opportunities and other duties as assigned. The Team Lead supports the Project Delivery Team in planning, scheduling, and controlling all project activities toward these objectives by applying technical, theoretical, and managerial skills, while building positive professional relationships with customers and peers.
