Location: Greeneville, TN

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year of CNC, laser, machining, or related manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, dimensional prints, and work instructions
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine controls and processes
• Forklift experience preferred or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical production tasks

Job Duties:

• Operate CNC machines, laser equipment, brake presses, saws, and plasma cutters
• Read and interpret blueprints and production specifications
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet required tolerances and standards
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues
• Measure and verify finished products for accuracy
• Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with additional production and fabrication duties as assigned
