Position Summary
The Project Coordinator is an entry-level role within the IT Project Management job family. This position is a unique opportunity to participate in a multi-year, enterprise-wide business and technology transformation designed to standardize, simplify, and modernize our company's operating model. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of large-scale program management. This role provides critical operational support to the transformation team by managing schedules, coordinating vendor integration, tracking action items and deliverables, and ensuring seamless overall program organization across all company departments. Travel will be expected with this position to and from remote office locations and job sites. Travel will account for less than 10%. This position should anticipate a percentage of after-hours work for server maintenance, upgrades, etc. Supervisory Responsibility
