Job Summary: Mercury Systems is seeking an outstanding Human Resources professional seeking growth that will serve as the leader of Employee Relations (ER) , As well as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for Legal and Signal Technologies . The person in this role will have significant experience leading complex investigations and implementing processes and policies that are consistent with applicable law and support Mercury's desired culture. To help the leader understand and appreciate Mercury, this role will also be responsible for partnering with employees and managers in specific organizations to drive HR programming, including compensation, talent development and performance development. The successful candidate will also coach managers and employees, unlocking optimal performance across the organization. Job Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or other related field Minimum of six-years of experience in Human Resources Experience conducting complex investigations, reviewing and implementing policies Experience operating as an HR Business Partner supporting exempt personnel Exceptional communication and project planning skills Ability to influence without authority Must be able to travel up to 30% Preferred Qualifications: Masters in Human Resources, Business or other related field Significant prior experience working in Aerospace & Defense Experience working across a matrixed environment Experience supporting a Business Unit as an HR Business Partner Understanding of compensation, performance management and talent attraction practices "This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
