ABOUT THE ROLE Join SC Johnson Professional's high-impact marketing team and help drive growth across a diverse portfolio of category-leading brands and solutions, including Skin Care, Industrial, Floor & Surface Care, and trusted brands such as Raid, Glade, OFF!, Windex, and Ziploc in the away-from-home marketplace. Reporting directly to the North America Senior Marketing Director, the Portfolio Innovation & Segment Manager, North America, will play a critical role in shaping segment strategy and accelerating growth for SC Johnson Professional brands across the region. This role drives where-to-play and how-to-win decisions, leads the innovation pipeline, and develops the strategic direction, value propositions, and activation frameworks that enable successful market execution. As a key growth leader, this individual will partner cross-functionally to advance new product development, strengthen commercial capabilities, and create end-user demand, delivering sustainable business growth across North America.
