Posting Title: Electrical Superintendent - Construction Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. WHO WE ARE THE PRODUCTION TEAM ABOUT THE ROLE Leadership and Management: Oversee and direct Production personnel on site, ensuring efficient labor utilization and alignment with project schedules. Establish strong working relationships with the Local Union office to verify that all project scopes meet the standards set forth in union agreements. Ensure that all hiring, and termination compliance practices adhere to CEI and union guidelines. Guarantee accuracy in compensation for all field employees on site, confirming compliance with both the Local Union Agreement and CEI standards. Serve as the primary on-site CEI representative, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment. Direct and guide onsite support and administrative resources as assigned, maintaining clear roles and communication channels for all personnel. Productivity, Cost Control, and Planning: Oversee project scheduling ensuring schedule plan aligns with budget and estimate. Monitor progress and adjust as necessary. Monitor and manage labor productivity, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources. Implement cost control measures, keeping all work within project budgets. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the project scope, construction drawings, risks, and contractual requirements to create an effective, actionable plan. Navigate and resolve scope challenges with Trade Partners to maintain project flow and address any potential delays. Health and Safety: Enforce CEI's health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees. Oversee and enforce strict adherence to MOPs to minimize hazards and ensure safe project execution. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, addressing incidents in compliance with CEI standards. Serve as an on-site leader for safety culture, promoting continuous improvement in safety practices. Project Coordination: Collaborate effectively with other trades and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and minimal delays. Actively manage and communicate the CEI project schedule to stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and adherence to timelines. Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or issues that may impact the project's production scope. Quality and Compliance: Ensure all work is executed following CEI's established business processes and quality standards. Support compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements, working closely with the Quality team to address any deviations. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site project updates, maintaining open communication with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and other relevant stakeholders. Provide regular progress updates, identify risks, and proactively suggest solutions to maintain project momentum. ABOUT YOU
