Production Technician

What you will enjoy doing*

• You will adjust
  and control process variables
• Perform
  startup and shutdown of process equipment
• Prepare
  equipment for maintenance, including lockout/tagout
• Issue
  and manage maintenance work permits safely
• Monitor
  and maintain equipment performance
• Work
  12-hour rotating shifts with on-call and overtime requirements
• Communicate
  effectively with operators, technicians, engineers, and management
• Follow
  all corporate and plant policies
• Maintain
  strict safety and environmental standards at all times
• Ensure
  high standards of housekeeping
• Participate
  in daily and monthly safety and production meetings

What makes you great

• High school diploma required
• Associate degree preferred
• 2+ years of production, operations, or equivalent industrial experience preferred
• Must be able to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and respond to call-ins as needed
