What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and support electrical and control systems across production lines
  • Work with PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and industrial automation equipment
  • Partner with maintenance and operations teams to resolve equipment issues and improve performance
  • Lead and support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements
  • Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and equipment uptime

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering OR equivalent hands-on experience in industrial electrical, controls, or automation environments
  • Understanding of electrical systems, controls, automation, or industrial equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment

Preferred

  • Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), drives, HMIs, or industrial controls
  • Manufacturing experience through internships, co-ops, military service, or previous roles
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical or automation systems
