Overview LMI is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support the redesign, development, and modernization of Digital Process Solutions for an Air Force customer, full time on base in Beavercreek Ohio. A successful Power Platform Developer will be experienced with using SharePoint and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) software for automation, documentation, and reporting. The Power Platform Developer will be able to leverage the Agile Way of Working to engage stakeholders and meet customers' needs. A successful Power Platform Developer will be detail oriented, possess the management skills to hold people accountable to quality expectations and timelines, and respond quickly to evolving client needs. A background in digital transformation, development, and/or User Experience/Human Centered Design is highly desired. Target salary range: $105,000.00 - $125,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
