Summary of the Job: This position manages two interconnected priorities: 1. Managing marketing integration activities for mergers and acquisitions 2. Managing marketing planning and prioritization practices that improve how marketing evaluates, sequences, and executes work. The role ensures that as FNBO grows through acquisition and expansion, marketing maintains the operational rigor and strategic focus needed to deliver measurable business impact. About This Role: The ideal candidate excels at creating order from complexity, building and managing frameworks that scale, and fostering alignment across diverse stakeholders. This role requires someone who can balance strategic perspective with tactical execution, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and drive adoption of new practices through influence and collaboration. M&A Marketing Integration Leadership Lead and coordinate marketing integration activities associated with mergers and acquisitions to ensure a seamless transition for customers, employees, and stakeholders. Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
