Student Worker 3

The Department of Medicine's Clinical Studies and Database Core is seeking a Student Worker to support high-volume data management activities essential to clinical research operations. The incumbent will assist with data cleaning, validation, and database maintenance to ensure accurate, high-quality datasets that support timely project completion. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in clinical research data management and exposure to programming concepts within a collaborative research environment.

Hourly range: $19.20-$41.00

Required:

• Registered as a UCLA student
• Work with study coordinators to resolve issues
• Perform ongoing quality assurance of research data logs and resolving issues such as incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Research data cleaning as assigned.
• Create detailed reports and charts in Excel.
• Data entry to add on REDCap.
• Perform ongoing quality assurance of clinical research study data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
