Summary Project Management, Construction at PGE uses a scalable project management methodology to deliver critical infrastructure projects that support safe, reliable, and affordable energy for our customers. Our team manages projects through the full lifecycle-from planning and design through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout-while partnering with diverse teams of technical experts, contractors, and stakeholders.A As an Associate Project Manager, you will support and lead utility construction projects of varying size and complexity across transmission, distribution, substations, generation, communications, facilities, and renewable energy resources. This role is ideal for a project-oriented professional who enjoys driving work forward, building relationships, coordinating multiple priorities, and ensuring commitments are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. We're looking for a strong communicator and accountable self-starter with a foundation in formal project management principles and experience working in construction, infrastructure, energy, or utility environments. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage schedules, budgets, project documentation, stakeholder communications, and project risks while supporting successful project execution. Experience supporting renewable energy projects, electric utility infrastructure, transmission line projects, permitting activities, contractor management, and capital project delivery is highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging project manager to develop the skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities needed to grow into larger and more complex capital project management roles at PGE.
