Job Description

We're seeking a safety-focused, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Attendant. In this role, you'll support daily terminal and warehouse operations involving the safe handling, transfer, storage, and distribution of lubricants and industrial products.

Key Responsibilities



  • Load and unload trucks, railcars, and pipelines following safety procedures
  • Perform valve lineups, tank switches, and product transfers
  • Monitor tank levels, temperatures, and pressures; collect samples as needed
  • Inspect product, tanks, and equipment for quality, safety, and compliance
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, transactions, and inspections
  • Support spill prevention, cleanup, and general housekeeping
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and PPE requirements
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation and general warehouse duties


What We're Looking For



  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, terminal, refinery, or industrial setting
  • Basic material handling or forklift experience preferred
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in varying temperatures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
  • Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and on call as needed
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


Preferred Experience



  • Tank farm or bulk product handling
  • Pumps, motors, or industrial equipment
  • Petroleum, lubricant, or chemical handling experience
  • PPE usage including respirators when required
