What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide one-on-one and small group play sessions to support student development
* Coordinate with teachers, parents, and staff to schedule and track sessions
* Maintain documentation, progress notes, and communicate student needs
* Attend meetings, consultations, and trainings to enhance services
* Support a safe and nurturing environment for every child

Who We're Looking For:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Associate's degree preferred.

* Bilingual preferred.

* Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children and families; experience in a school setting preferred.

Physical & Safety Requirements:
* Regular interaction with children in classroom and play settings; moderate activity required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, EQUIPMENT USAGE, WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Duties are typically performed in a school or administrative environment ranging from highly stressful and potentially aggressive to casualand leisurely, in both indoor and outdoor settings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject to outside weather conditions and maybe required to visit homes with substandard living conditions and domestic pets.
