Facilities Cleaner

The Facilities cleaner supervises the daily cleaning required to include offices, common areas, restrooms, and conference rooms while following all Chobani safety procedures and good manufacturing practices.

* Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
* Clean all glass doors and windows.
* Maintain and stocking supplies for oncoming shifts.
* Supply work stations, break rooms, and rest rooms with drinking cups, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning supplies.
* Make sure hallways and walkways are clear of foreign objects and trash.
* Submit work orders for items needing repairs to supervisors.
* Operate compactors for trash and cardboard.
* Operate floor scrubbers in hallways.
* Complete other tasks assigned by Manager.

* Minimum 1 year of work experience in a cleaning, facilities, or janitorial role preferred.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team environment or independently.
* Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours.
* Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb steps or ladders as required.
* Great verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in indoor industrial environments, including exposure to noise, moisture, cleaning chemicals, and temperature changes.
* Ability to comply with all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
