We are seeking a part-time RN to support the practice 20 hours per week onsite. The schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 PM-5:00 PM.
Our practice is located in a state-of-the-art facility at 10 Members Way, Dover, NH 03820. As a Family Medicine office, we provide outstanding primary care and preventive health care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. We are constantly aiming to improve access for patients and to meet the evolving health care needs of the communities we serve. Primary care is all about relationship-building! We pride ourselves on our compassionate, family-focused approach. We really get to know our patients to ensure that they are receiving exceptional, personalized care in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. This RN role supports a high-volume ambulatory practice with a significant pediatric population, including infants and newborns. The position is primarily focused on triage, with additional responsibilities including nurse visits and cross-coverage on the clinical floor. The RN will work closely with two other nurses and collaborate with the broader care team to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-centered care delivery. Summary: Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions -Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards. -Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety. -Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care. -Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. -Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations. -Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred Strongly Preferred:
