The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities and workforce needs. This role uses data, judgment, and business insight to identify workforce risks and opportunities, guiding decisions across the employee lifecycle to strengthen leader effectiveness, employee experience, and organizational performance.
The HRBP plays a key role in supporting organizational change, building manager capability, and delivering practical people solutions that address both immediate business needs and long-term organizational health.
What You Will Do in This Role:
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units and leaders, aligning people strategies, programs, and practices with business priorities while owning key relationships.
  • Proactively partner with leaders to identify workforce risks and opportunities, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, policy interpretation, investigations, and workplace issues-balancing business needs with employee considerations.
  • Leverage data, judgment, and business insight to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and guide decisions across the employee lifecycle, strengthening engagement, performance, retention, and long-term organizational health.
  • Support organizational change efforts, including workforce planning, restructures, succession planning, team effectiveness, and leader readiness, helping leaders navigate change with clarity and consistency.
  • Collaborate across HR and the business to identify development needs, improve adoption of HR processes and technology, and execute projects that enhance leader capability, process effectiveness, and organizational consistency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
  • 5+years of progressive of progressive HR experience required, including employee relations, performance management and direct partnership with leaders on complex people matters.
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including employment law, organizational effectiveness, change management, compensation practices, and workforce planning.
  • Strong business partnership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leaders, build trust and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to assess complex people issues, diagnose root causes, interpret employment laws and policies, and apply sound judgment to support decisions with long-term organizational impact.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, change management principles, and leader coaching approaches that support effective decision-making and organizational success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems, with the ability to leverage data and reporting tools to identify trends and inform recommendations.
  • Ability to analyze people data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and partner with leaders to support informed workforce and business decisions.
  • Availability, and capability, to drive/travel for business purposes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
