Job Title: Digital Designer Location: Austin, TX (5 days a week onsite) Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ Years) Position Summary The Digital Designer will play a key role in translating brand strategy into compelling visual experiences across multiple channels. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, cohesive design assets. The ideal candidate is both conceptually strong and detail-oriented, capable of executing visually engaging designs independently or in collaboration. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute design concepts Design digital and print assets including website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, online advertising, and potential print materials Edit and enhance lifestyle and studio photography to ensure brand consistency Maintain adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity standards across all platforms Optimize assets for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance Manage project timelines in coordination with project management resources Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and collaborative discussions Present design concepts, ideas, and rationale to stakeholders Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced, digital-first environment Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and photo editing Knowledge of differences between print and digital/interactive typography principles Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality design execution Ability to self-direct, multitask, and manage priorities effectively High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Comfortable working within a small, fast-paced team environment Ability to learn and understand product lines and target markets Preferred Qualifications Experience with HTML, web design principles, CMS platforms (e.g., Prismic), or Webflow Background in animation or motion graphics Work Environment Onsite work model based in North Austin Fully Remote candidates are not eligible for this role Additional Notes Candidates must be authorized to work onsite in the specified location Portfolio submission is required and must demonstrate strong creative and conceptual skills The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $35-$40 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
