Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and growth-minded Marketing & Growth Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building systems, supporting people, and driving results.

This role serves two primary functions:

1. Support the Regional Manager in executing growth initiatives, recruiting efforts, training programs, and strategic projects.

2. Support Loan Officers by developing and implementing marketing and business development activities that increase visibility, strengthen referral relationships, and drive production growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong marketing skills, excellent time management, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, team-first attitude.

What you'll do:

Marketing & Business Development Support

* Partner with Loan Officers to develop and execute monthly marketing and business development plans.

* Help plan, organize, and execute marketing activities that increase visibility with clients, real estate agents, builders, and referral partners.

* Coordinate and manage content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other approved marketing channels.

* Create and maintain marketing materials, templates, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

* Manage client testimonials, success stories, email campaigns, and engagement tracking.

* Assist with direct mail campaigns, events, open houses, seminars, and special projects.

CRM & Database Management

* Maintain and manage Salesforce CRM data integrity.

* Coordinate milestone communications, client touchpoints, special events, and database segmentation.

* Build and execute email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences.

* Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Regional Growth & Recruiting Support

* Assist the Regional Manager with recruiting initiatives, onboarding programs, training events, and growth projects.

* Coordinate meetings, presentations, accountability systems, and partner engagement programs.

* Support the development of scalable systems and processes that improve regional efficiency and growth.

Reporting & Analytics

* Prepare reports, analyze marketing performance, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and business growth.

* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on marketing and business development activities.

* Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency and scalability.

Relationship & Client Support

* Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, referral partners, and internal team members.

* Research and respond to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

* Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company brand positively at all times.

What you'll need to be successful:

Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:

* Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.

* Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools, automation platforms, and modern marketing technology to improve efficiency and results.

* Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.

* Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.

* Exceptional customer service mindset with both internal and external stakeholders.

* Self-motivated, reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.



  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience


Experience

* This position requires 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, sales support, or a related field preferred.
