Harmony Utica Ridge is seeking an organized, driven, and compassionate Business Office Manager to become a key member of our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and helping residents and families navigate the financial side of healthcare.

As the Business Office Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents, families, and facility operations by overseeing resident accounts, billing, collections, and financial processes. You will work closely with residents and their loved ones, helping them understand insurance coverage, payment options, and available resources while ensuring accurate and timely financial management for the center.

What You'll Do

• Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, and collections.

• Assist residents and families with Medicaid and financial assistance applications.

• Maintain accurate resident trust accounts and cash allowances.

• Communicate with residents, families, and payers regarding account balances and payment plans.

• Collaborate with facility leadership to ensure financial processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Support a positive resident and family experience through excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Experience in healthcare, billing, business office operations, accounting, finance, banking, insurance, customer service, or administrative leadership is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
