Requirements:



  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of administrative or sales support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed


Job Duties:



  • Support sales representatives with Salesforce CRM and CPQ activities
  • Create and deliver proposals, bid packages, RFPs, and customer-facing sales documents
  • Enter and maintain customer, opportunity, and sales data within Salesforce
  • Ensure proposals meet customer requirements, quality standards, and company guidelines
  • Process customer requests and support sales opportunities from initiation through completion
  • Provide administrative support to sales teams across multiple regions
  • Assist internal departments by answering questions and resolving issues related to customer accounts
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within company systems
  • Support revenue growth by helping sales teams provide exceptional customer service

We are looking for a qualified Sales Support Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals.

The Sales Support Administration Team acts as a central hub for Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) support, assisting sales reps with entering new opportunities and processing customer proposals on sales behalf.

The team supports a dynamic, coast to coast business and the role requires willingness to work non-standard hours.

Your key responsibilities:



We're Dynamic & Innovative. In an ever changing business you will be nimble in seizing opportunities to pioneer effective ways to meet and exceed your responsibilities:

*Create and deliver proposals, bid packages, RFP's or anything sales related to customers on behalf of sales reps within customer-defined timeframes

*Ensure proposals meet customers needs and quality standards in accordance with Aggreko's terms and conditions and negotiated contracts

*Ensure data accuracy by maintaining and updating sales and customer data in Salesforce

*Support sales teams with Salesforce activities in order to grow the business revenue and maintain an excellent customer service experience.

*Provide support to other Aggreko functions by answering questions and/or resolving issues, as needed, to ensure customer satisfaction.
