What you'll be doing:Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), this role owns the enterprise EHS strategy, transformation, and governance framework. You will lead a team responsible for designing and scaling EHS standards and risk-mitigation programs across the organization. The position balances compliance oversight, including auditing, with operational modernization. Responsibilities will include:
An effective leader and strategic thinker who motivates and inspires a team that develops and implements programs. Must have experience implementing transformation initiatives across teams. Should have experience dealing with regulatory requirements. Demonstrated strong collaboration and communication skills. Results-driven, detail-oriented, and can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
