We're searching for an enthusiastic individual to coordinate all aspects of candidate engagement, from initial outreach to successful onboarding. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a positive first impression, managing critical pre-employment processes, and collaborating with various teams to attract and integrate top talent. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to an outstanding experience will directly influence the future of the company. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support Recruiters and HR teams in the creation of both internal and external requisitions.
* Efficiently coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
* Prepare and deliver professional written offer letters to selected candidates in partnership with Recruiters.
* Support the ordering and/or scheduling of applicable candidate assessments as part of the interview process.
* Lead the facilitation of all candidate pre-employment activities, including background check verification, drug testing, and any applicable post-offer, pre-employment tests.
* Act as a primary liaison with candidates via phone and email, assisting with all aspects of their interview and onboarding experience.
* Partner closely with hiring teams to ensure a gracious and welcoming candidate interview and onboarding experience.
* Maintain the utmost confidentiality of all privileged information, including candidate data and background results.
* Support other key recruiting activities and projects as needed, which may include phone screens or resume review. **What You Bring:** **Must-Have Qualifications:** * 1+ years of experience supporting administrative, coordination, or scheduling activities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines effectively.
* Demonstrated effective communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
* Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * A Bachelor's degree.
* Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with a strong sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
* High attention to detail and strong follow-through on tasks.
* Ability to work with a sense of urgency and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a candidate-focused mindset.
