COMMUNITY HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE (North End) TRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT Successful applicant for Level 1: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. ASN required. Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license. One year of nursing experience providing direct patient care. Experience using electronic health records, EPIC and Microsoft office preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers certification preferred, if not than within 6 months of hire. Valid Montana Drivers License with ability to operate a vehicle. Existing or new National Provider Number. Level 2: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required. Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license. One year of nursing experience providing direct patient care. Preferred at least one year of Home Health Nursing. Experience using electronic health records, EPIC and Microsoft office preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers certification preferred, if not than within 6 months of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Valid Montana Drivers License with ability to operate a vehicle. Existing or new National Provider Number. Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (AMB-BC) or Home Health Nursing Certification (RN-BC) preferred. All applicants must submit a Tribal application and copy of academic transcript/training certificates and licensure, copy of valid drivers license, proof of enrollment in a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of DD214 must be submitted. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy and subject to random drug testing. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is negotiable DOE, plus benefits.
