You'll Support Meaningful Work By:* Gathering, organizing, and analyzing supply chain data to support decision-making, identify opportunities, and resolve operational challenges. * Maintaining accurate purchase order information and promised delivery dates to support on-time order fulfillment and a positive customer experience. * Collaborating with suppliers to understand products, processes, and supply chain structures while supporting issue resolution and continuous improvement efforts. * Facilitating discussions with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, align priorities, and support business decisions. * Participating in supply chain implementation and project activities to ensure successful execution of business initiatives. * Managing remote warehouse operations to help ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. * Providing internal customers with timely information regarding purchase orders, product availability, quantities, and related supply chain activities. Minimum Qualifications* 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations, project coordination, or a related business function. * Experience analyzing data and using information to support business decisions and problem-solving. * Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional business partners. * Experience working with Microsoft Excel and other business systems used for reporting, analysis, and data management. * Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow established processes. Desired Skills and Experience * Experience working in a manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or operations environment. * Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, Power Automate, or other technologies that support data analysis and process improvement. * Knowledge of supplier management, procurement, inventory management, or logistics processes. * Experience supporting projects, implementations, or continuous improvement initiatives. * Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
