Serve as a team lead while assisting with the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of a variety of food items, including meats, vegetables, soups, and breakfast dishes.
Support efficient kitchen operations and ensure quality standards are maintained across all meals. Patient Care Requirement: No Essential Functions: -Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards. -Assist at a specific station or section within the kitchen, such as grill, saute, pantry, or pastry. -Utilize a variety of cooking techniques, such as grilling, frying, baking, roasting, and sauteing, to prepare dishes. -Assist in the execution of menu items, ensuring that dishes are prepared accurately, consistently, and with attention to detail. -Follow proper food safety and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and hygienic working environment. -Keep workstations, equipment, and utensils clean, organized, and sanitized.
