What You'll Do



  • Act as a primary liaison between customers and sales managers, facilitating smooth sales activities.
  • Provide essential product information, pricing details, and lead times to support customer inquiries.
  • Accurately process customer orders, quotes, sample requests, and price approvals in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing facilities to monitor order status, delivery schedules, and inventory availability.
  • Prepare and meticulously maintain sales-related documentation, including reports, RFQs, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer records within a CRM tool.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, certifications, and compliance standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH).
  • Assist with customer onboarding processes and data entry into relevant systems.


What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and documentation within a technical product environment.
  • Experience processing and/or preparing sales quotes.
  • Experience with CRM programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Outlook & Excel).
  • The ability to set clear, measurable goals and create a plan to achieve them.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience within the electronic components or connectors industry.
  • Previous experience in roles such as Sales Assistant, Business Development Representative, Sales Account Coordinator, Sales Operations Coordinator, Inside Sales Support, Sales Order Administrator, or similar.
