JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Head of Patient Solutions Digital Innovation who is visionary, strategic, and results-driven to join us in our Patient Solutions team, based in our Boston or Cambridge, MA offices. About the role You will lead the creation, validation, and scaling of digital innovation initiatives that improve patient experiences and outcomes. You will accelerate innovation by rapidly testing ideas, prioritizing high-impact opportunities, and embedding scalable solutions into core business operations. In this role, you will balance speed and rigor, ensuring innovation delivers measurable value while effectively managing risk. Who you'll work with You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Patient Solutions, digital, and business teams. You will partner with senior leaders and external collaborators to align strategy, validate opportunities, and scale innovative solutions that deliver meaningful impact. What you'll do

This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $168,000 to $220,500 per year. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
