JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Lead Lab Orchestration who is innovative, collaborative, and strategic to join us in our Patient Solutions team, based in our Boston or Cambridge, MA offices. About the role You will lead the design and implementation of scalable laboratory workflows that enable efficient, connected, and data-driven research. You will partner with scientific teams to solve real lab challenges, driving automation, digital integration, and analytics-ready data. In this role, you will accelerate research outcomes by delivering standardized and future-ready lab orchestration solutions across functions. Who you'll work with You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with cross-functional scientific teams across Biology, Chemistry, and Antibody research, along with digital, data, and automation experts. You will partner with vendors, platform providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated laboratory solutions that improve efficiency, connectivity, and data quality. What you'll do

This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $202,400 to $265,700 per year. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
