In this role, you will support real estate transactions from title clearance through loan disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing experience for all parties involved. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in accuracy and communication. Key Responsibilities * Process closing files upon receipt, ensuring all requirements are met * Complete and update closing tasks across multiple systems of record * Verify documentation and data for accuracy and compliance * Assist in scheduling closing dates and times * Review Closing Disclosures and HUD Settlement Statements * Prepare and send closing packages to closing agents * Coordinate and communicate daily with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and closing agents * Facilitate smooth transaction flow from title clearance to loan disbursement * Perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities * Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously * Experience with real estate closings, title, or mortgage processes preferred * Comfortable working within multiple systems and tools * Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Why Join Us? * 100% remote work environment * Competitive hourly pay * Comprehensive benefits package * Opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team Apply Today!
