What You'll Do * Handle inbound calls from current policyholders with questions or service requests * Process policy updates and account changes efficiently and accurately * Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth * Assist with saving cancel requests by providing tailored solutions * Set up and manage autopay and billing-related requests * Accurately enter and track all inbound leads and customer interactions * Navigate multiple systems while maintaining high-quality documentation * Follow up on outstanding items to ensure full resolution What We're Looking For Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required) Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality service Work Environment Energetic, team-driven environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experience Emphasis on collaboration, professionalism, and dependability Ideal for candidates who are polished, personable, and performance-driven Location: Pittston #eastpriority26 Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.
