We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative and upbeat team environment. What You'll Do As a key member of the team, you'll play an important role in supporting customers and keeping operations running smoothly: * Handle a high volume of inbound calls (approx. 30 calls per day) * Provide support via phone, email, mail, and in-person interactions * Process customer orders and assignments, entering data accurately into internal systems * Answer customer questions regarding pricing, delivery, and services * Set up new customer records and maintain existing accounts * Prepare and process paperwork in advance of auction day, ensuring all approvals are secured * Assist with general office tasks including filing, data entry, and clerical work * Jump in to support the team with additional duties as needed What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is energetic, dependable, and enjoys working with both customers and teammates. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
