Description The primary responsibility of the Senior proejct Manager is to oversee the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the Business Partner to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. * Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis. * Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. * Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Work independently with Business Partners and Vendors to define concepts. * Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. * Serves as the conduit between the business community (internal and external partners) and the software development team or vendor through which requirements flow. * Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. * Collaborate with developers, vendors, and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. * Be the liaison between the business, technology teams and support teams. * Develop and manage specific budget and technology roadmaps for their LOB technology investments including the development and presentation of business cases for their LOB to the capital committee. * Effectively market technology solutions within their business area and promote IT's adoption and implementation of the solution. * Manage risk associated with change impacting their area of responsibility. * Handle customer complaints and address underlying cause (people, process, and technology). * Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples. * Be an expert with respect to your product vertical. * Identify and present innovative and creative product solutions. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
