Responsibilities
(RN - Director of Nursing) - What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain a high-performing, engaged nursing team
- Drive clinical excellence, documentation accuracy, and care planning standards
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Partner with leadership to improve retention, reduce agency reliance, and strengthen staffing stability
- Serve as a visible, hands-on leader supporting staff and residents
Qualifications
(RN - Director of Nursing) - What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active NY license
- Proven nursing leadership experience in a SNF or healthcare setting
- Strong background in staff development, team building, and clinical operations
- Experience with regulatory compliance and survey processes
- A leader who is decisive, accountable, and people-focused
- Someone who can balance clinical excellence with operational realities
- This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
