Could This Be For You?
Hit the road and own the market. As Senior Healthcare Business Development Manager for Washington State, you'll be the face of Hanger Clinic across the region, building relationships, breaking into new accounts, and positioning Hanger as the undisputed leader in orthotic and prosthetic care for health systems. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field cultivating a powerful network of referral sources and stakeholder champions, turning cold introductions into long-term partnerships, and driving real revenue growth across your territory. You know how to read a room, earn trust fast, and close, and you bring the same energy to your tenth meeting of the week as you did to your first. You'll bring sharp market instincts, a hunter's mindset, and the strategic savvy to execute at both the ground level and the boardroom. Experience managing or mentoring fellow sales professionals is a plus, as this role may include coaching a small team or leading high-impact special projects as we continue to grow. Ideally based out of Seattle or Tacoma, if you thrive on autonomy, love the open road, and want to sell something that genuinely changes patients' lives, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
