Description and Requirements

Lenovo - Infrastructure Solutions Group

Lenovo's Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Segment is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, global programs across customer engagements and product delivery. This role is critical to driving strategic CSP initiatives-from early opportunity development and RFx responses through deployment and ongoing service delivery.

As an individual contributor, you will operate at the intersection of program management, customer engagement, and operations, partnering with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure successful execution. You will work closely with senior leadership (Director to VP level) and must bring strong business acumen, structured problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Account Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional account teams supporting RFx bidding, contract execution, customer scorecards, and QBR/QTR delivery
  • Define account strategies and priorities to ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement
  • Drive RFx processes end-to-end, including kickoff, coordination, tracking, and executive readiness for internal reviews
  • Manage ongoing account cadence (calls, reviews) to track opportunities, risks, and actions
  • Identify gaps in customer expectations and drive resolution through structured follow-up and accountability
  • Support pipeline tracking and contribute to achievement of revenue and growth targets

Program & Delivery Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of CSP offerings, ensuring programs are executed on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Manage complex, cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Services, Operations, etc.) across global regions
  • Build and execute detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and readiness checkpoints
  • Track program readiness across key dimensions (BOM validation, Dataline enablement, ECNs, CTO/LTO configurations)
  • Establish and run governance cadences (e.g., ODT/BMS reviews) to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and drive alignment
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and centralized repositories

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Oversee sustaining change processes (PCRs, PCNs), including coordination, validation, and cross-functional approvals
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Fulfillment teams to resolve issues and ensure successful delivery outcomes
  • Track and report on key program KPIs (e.g., time-to-delivery, NRE payment milestones)
  • Lead Lessons Learned sessions to drive continuous improvement across programs and processes
  • Develop and maintain account playbooks and functional team maps to enable internal alignment and onboarding

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project/program management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Experience supporting customer engagements and delivering customer-facing programs
  • Background in Compute, Storage, or GPU/AI infrastructure solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within OEM, ODM, or system integration environments in the data center industry
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L understanding (MBA a plus)
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with CSP business models and hyperscaler environments
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
  • PMI certification preferred
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, scheduling tools)
  • Knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes (PCBA, Building Block, L10-L12)
