TITLE: HR Business Partner
Hours: Full-time (approx. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, flexible)
Location: Remote
W2 Contract
Duration: 5 Months - June 1 through end of October (potential to extend or convert, not guaranteed) Overview
The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders, supporting both organizational effectiveness and employee experience. This role blends high-level HR strategy with hands-on execution, helping drive performance, engagement, and scalable people practices across teams. Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals and identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve productivity and employee experience.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and change management initiatives.
Provide coaching to leaders on performance management, team dynamics, and employee engagement.
Use data and analytics to influence decision-making and guide HR strategies.
Drive performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, calibration, and career development.
Manage employee relations issues with discretion and compliance with policies and employment law.
Support leave of absence processes, accommodations, and return-to-work planning in partnership with HR operations.
Lead talent reviews and succession planning; partner with leadership on retention and development strategies.
Guide leaders through organizational changes with clear communication and a focus on employee experience.
Partner with internal communications teams to deliver effective and timely messaging.
Promote a culture of inclusion, belonging, and high performance.
Advocate for employees and support a positive, equitable workplace environment.
Analyze employee feedback and workforce data to inform HR initiatives.
Champion programs that enhance engagement, recognition, and well-being.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner.
Experience supporting senior directors and managers across talent strategy, employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching (including compensation cycles).
Experience working within organizations of 1,000+ employees.
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
Experience supporting go-to-market, sales, or revenue-generating teams.
Preferred Qualifications
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $60per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
