Overview

A fast-paced experiential marketing environment is seeking a highly organized Creative Project Manager to drive integrated marketing projects from concept through execution. This role blends project management, creative operations, and workflow optimization, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact brand experiences, campaigns, and activations on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities




  • Lead project kickoff meetings to align on scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.



  • Develop and manage project plans, workback schedules, timelines, and project roadmaps.



  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management across creative, marketing, and production teams.



  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.



  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, account management, production, and operations.



  • Manage creative workflow, traffic, and resource allocation to optimize team bandwidth.



  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.



  • Facilitate creative review cycles, stakeholder feedback, and approval processes.



  • Maintain asset management systems, version control, and project documentation.



  • Support development of client presentations, pitch decks, and campaign deliverables.



  • Ensure brand consistency, quality assurance, and alignment with marketing objectives.



  • Utilize project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar) to track deliverables.



  • Analyze workflow processes and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.



  • Support execution of experiential marketing programs, live events, and brand activations.



Required Qualifications




  • 3-6+ years of experience in project management, creative project management, or marketing operations.



  • Experience in an agency, advertising, experiential marketing, or production environment.



  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.



  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, workflows, and tools.



  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.



  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.



  • Experience with creative workflows, asset management, and campaign execution.



  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Workamajig, or similar platforms.
