Contract Global Enablement Manager - Ads
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Contract Global Enablement Manager to support a fast-growing Ads organization during a 9-month leave coverage. This role will focus on driving enablement strategy, internal tools readiness, training, and operational alignment across global cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Ads Enablement, AdTech, or Revenue/Sales Enablement and thrives in highly collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environments.
Contract Details
- Contract Length: 9 months
- Location: New York (preferred) or Los Angeles
- Schedule:
- Target Start: Mid-June
- Pay Rate: between $80-$95/hr.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute enablement initiatives tied to internal tools, workflows, and product rollouts
- Create scalable training programs, documentation, playbooks, and self-serve resources
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, Billing, Partnerships, and Enablement teams
- Translate complex systems and workflows into clear, user-friendly processes
- Support onboarding, readiness, and adoption for customer-facing teams
- Help prioritize and operationalize evolving product and process updates
- Deliver training through live sessions, virtual learning, and asynchronous content
- Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve enablement strategies
What We're Looking For
- 5-8+ years of experience in Enablement, Sales Operations, Program Management, or related functions
- Strong background within advertising, media, AdTech, streaming, SaaS, or related industries
- Experience supporting internal tools/platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, CRM systems, or proprietary ad platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in fast-moving environments
- Experience simplifying complex processes into scalable training and documentation
- Ability to operate independently and ramp quickly with minimal oversight
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations preferred
