Description

Title Closing Services LLC. is hiring a Production Coordinator in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is a hybrid role. The Production Coordinator is responsible for entering new application information for buyer(s), seller(s), property, and lender into the Title Desktop System and creating both the physical and electronic file folder.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Places orders for the requisite searches and monitors the receipt of the orders.
  • Orders title rundowns for closing and reports the results to the appropriate parties.
  • Generates "Confirmation of Order" letter for the applicant.
  • Provides updates to parties as requested.
  • Updates transaction status and pipeline reports in the Title Desktop system.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

Education, Certification, and License Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED


Experience



  • Previous experience in an order or data entry role preferred


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Thorough understanding of the service process with the ability to build strong working business relationships
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)


The estimated base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
