  • Set enterprise standards, definitions, and policies; lead governance forums and serve as the decision authority for prioritization across systems, businesses and product brands

  • Partner with Master Data Management and businesses on golden customer record adoption, quality rules, survivorship logic (which source wins when data conflicts), and system integrations

  • Manage the customer data backlog spanning quality fixes, onboarding and validation, and integration work

  • Define and monitor data quality KPIs, lead root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement

  • Ensure GDPR and other applicable privacy compliance, including classifications and access controls, in partnership with Privacy and Legal

  • Apply systems thinking to optimize the end-to-end flow of customer data across platforms, domains, and business processes

Marketing Performance, Analytics & Measurement

  • Implement the enterprise marketing analytics strategy, partnering with business units on measurement plans across brands

  • Lead initiatives to improve marketing ROI by advancing investments to outcomes (leads, revenue, and efficiency)

  • Develop consistent attribution and incrementality frameworks; establish ROI measurement standards and experimentation approaches

  • Synthesize cross-channel performance data into actionable recommendations for media allocation, experience optimization, and lead management programs

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reporting for stakeholders from tactical teams to C-suite executives using tools such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Partner with agencies for clear planning, reporting, and insights; continuously improve campaign performance, targeting, and measurement rigor

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field

  • Ideally 10+ years of progressive experience in data management, analytics, business analysis, performance marketing, media planning/buying, or related roles

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders

  • Familiarity with data governance tooling (catalogs, lineage, quality platforms)

  • Working knowledge of cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS, Azure) and database systems with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams

  • Familiarity with GDPR & global regulations that govern customer data

  • Proven expertise in marketing measurement and analytics, including experimentation, funnel diagnostics, incrementality, and translating insights into decisions

  • Experience developing attribution frameworks and ROI standards across paid media and digital experiences (programmatic, paid social/search as applicable) with working knowledge of traditional channels

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change
