As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol Driver in Willow Grove, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a retail location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations through strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while representing a caring, reliable, and innovative approach to protecting people and property.

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter, with working conditions that may vary by location.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards to help support loss prevention efforts and a secure shopping environment.
• Assist customers, visitors, and store personnel with directions, access-related questions, and incident information while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
