Department OverviewLaunch Management is responsible for managing the lifecycle of our software solution launches from portfolio approval through post-launch for the Software and Mobile Video businesses. Job DescriptionThe Launch Manager is responsible for ensuring cross functional alignment, communication, tracking, and overall readiness for software offers and product launches with the goal of delivering solutions on plan. The Launch Manager is there to enable excellent customer experiences by leveraging repeatable processes and deliverables The successful candidate will be an expert in process/project management with proven collaboration and project management skills to align all stakeholders for delivering successful launch outcomes with minimal direction. The Launch Manager is responsible for collaborating with Product Management and Engineering, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Finance, Order Management, Services, Legal, among others throughout the launch process, to ensure all stakeholders are thoroughly educated on the new launches and their expected involvement. Strong communication skills are needed to inform stakeholders of risks and contingency plans. The role is a vital part of the Offer Strategy team, bridging the gap between concept and execution.
