The Supply Chain Business Operations Team supports Motorola's Video Security and Access Control and Mobile Video organizations. We drive end-to-end supply chain operations by partnering across organizations to delight our customers and meet our business objectives. Job Description

The Supply Chain Business Operations Manager is a key role to support the company's fast-growing video business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive operations to achieve revenue, cost, cash and customer delivery targets

  • Improve key performance indicators including order cycle time, on-time delivery and customer experience

  • Coordinate and collaborate with planning, order management, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery, logistics, and quality teams

  • Act as single point of contact to sales, finance, product, and engineering teams

  • Lead the daily governance on business revenue attainment

  • Manage third party distribution site in partnership with procurement and operations

  • Lead business operations and delivery management team

  • Resolve critical customer and business issues

  • Lead new acquisition companies and support integrating businesses into the global supply chain

  • Define near and long term supply chain strategy models and set priorities to drive business growth

  • Manage and execute continuous improvement projects

  • Prioritize resources and give direction in partnership with other supply chain teams

  • Anticipate evolving business conditions and drive operational readiness

Target Base Salary Range: $120,300 - $200,000

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
