The Supply Chain Business Operations Team supports Motorola's Video Security and Access Control and Mobile Video organizations. We drive end-to-end supply chain operations by partnering across organizations to delight our customers and meet our business objectives. Job Description The Supply Chain Business Operations Manager is a key role to support the company's fast-growing video business. Responsibilities include: Drive operations to achieve revenue, cost, cash and customer delivery targets Improve key performance indicators including order cycle time, on-time delivery and customer experience Coordinate and collaborate with planning, order management, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery, logistics, and quality teams Act as single point of contact to sales, finance, product, and engineering teams Lead the daily governance on business revenue attainment Manage third party distribution site in partnership with procurement and operations Lead business operations and delivery management team Resolve critical customer and business issues Lead new acquisition companies and support integrating businesses into the global supply chain Define near and long term supply chain strategy models and set priorities to drive business growth Manage and execute continuous improvement projects Prioritize resources and give direction in partnership with other supply chain teams Anticipate evolving business conditions and drive operational readiness Successful candidates will demonstrate the following skills: Lead as a trusted partner collaborating across organizations Outstanding communication with customers and business partners Achieve business targets, balancing competing goals and trade offs Understand customers' requirements, especially in mission critical operations Understand supply chain networks and operations Take initiative without prompting Solve problems with innovative thinking Highly motivated with positive attitude Seek information and listen from a wide variety of viewpoints, both internal and external Identify and lead business process improvements Implement new cutting-edge business technology Derive insights and actions from analytics Take responsible risk and make difficult decisions Ability to multi-task and work confidently under pressure Develop business risk mitigation and continuity plans Target Base Salary Range: $120,300 - $200,000 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
