DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role, you will help maintain clean and orderly building spaces, including offices, restrooms, and public areas. Work involves supporting daily operations of the facility by completing cleaning tasks and reporting issues as needed. As a Custodial Worker 1, you will perform the following duties:
- Restroom Cleaning: Wash and sanitize restroom fixtures, floors, and walls while keeping supplies stocked
- Office Cleaning: Dust and clean office furniture, equipment, and surfaces throughout work areas
- Trash Removal: Collect and transport trash and recycling materials to designated pick-up points
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove spills from floors in offices, hallways, and public spaces
- Window Cleaning: Dust and clean windows, sills, blinds, and related fixtures as assigned
- Equipment Use: Operate cleaning tools and machinery and perform basic care and maintenance of equipment

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
