Collaborating closely with Cyber Security, Corporate Security is dedicated to protecting California's critical infrastructure by connecting physical, operational, and cyber defense to reduce risk and enhance resilience. The department consists of forward-thinking security operators, builders, and creators who design and manage protective operations that keep the organization at the forefront of modern security-combining disciplined execution with continuous improvement, innovation, and strong partnerships throughout the business. Position Summary This is an entry level opportunity ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow at the intersection of business operations and corporate security operations. The role is well suited for a curious, motivated self starter who brings a can do attitude and is energized by supporting teams, improving how work gets done, and helping a department mature its operational practices. In this role, you will work closely with senior security and business leaders to support key initiatives that strengthen process discipline, resource development, and overall program effectiveness. You will help plan and facilitate meetings and workshops, map and document business processes, develop tools and resources, and track action items to ensure follow through and results. The position provides hands on exposure to how complex security operations are supported by strong business foundations, clear processes, and thoughtful change management. Success in this role comes from a blend of curiosity, professionalism, organization and people skills. The ideal candidate enjoys working with others, brings a strong customer service mindset, is a problem solver, and is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
