What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the final touchpoint in our distribution process, directly influencing customer satisfaction by ensuring the precision and quality of every shipment that leaves our facility while working within a highly collaborative team.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Master our inventory management systems by scanning and verifying order accuracy to ensure global delivery precision.

  • Craft high-quality packaging solutions using specialized reinforcements to protect critical technology during transit.

  • Take ownership of the shipping database to generate essential documentation and labels for international distribution.

  • Coordinate the seamless transition of completed orders to staging areas, preparing them for final truck loading.

  • Partner with team members to maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing distribution environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one year of related warehouse or logistics experience.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to accurately count, weigh, and compare written information.

  • Strong communication skills to follow detailed instructions and effectively report operational issues.

  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Bonus Points For

  • Prior experience using hand-held scanners and inventory management software.

  • Proven ability to work independently while maintaining high efficiency in a seasonal production environment.

Location: Dayton, Ohio, In Office

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Shift: First Shift: Tuesday - Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:40PM

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
