Union, MO ABOUT THE ROLE: Are you someone who enjoys balancing hands-on production work with team coordination and problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? As our Production Coordinator, Foam, you'll play a critical role in supporting daily foam production operations while helping ensure quality, efficiency, safety, and workflow consistency across the department. This is a highly collaborative role that combines technical production expertise with leadership support. You'll work closely with the Production Supervisor and team members to coordinate production activities, troubleshoot issues, train associates, and help keep operations running smoothly.
