WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support sewing machine operators with preparation and finishing tasks such as clipping threads, folding covers, stapling, tagging, and turning covers
  • Move continuously throughout the sewing department to support workflow and prevent completed work from piling up
  • Frequently bend, reach, and work over sewing tables while handling materials and finished products

  • Carefully follow and reference sew notes and work instructions to ensure quality and production accuracy
  • Inspect completed work for quality and identify any needed adjustments
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Assist in other department tasks or positions as needed
  • Follow company policies related to safety, quality, and attendance

ABOUT YOU:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous manufacturing or sewing experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Comfortable with constant movement, repetitive tasks, and standing for extended periods
  • Able to frequently bend, reach, and work over sewing tables throughout the shift
  • Able to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds
  • Strong ability to accurately read, recall, and follow sew notes and work instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Basic sewing machine knowledge or familiarity is a plus
