Summary The Peer Recovery Coach (PRC) provides compassionate, lived-experience-based support to patients with substance use disorders. Reporting to the Department of Care Coordination and the Peer Recovery Coach Supervisor, the PRC engages patients in recovery planning, delivers brief interventions using SBIRT, links patients to treatment and community resources, and provides follow-up support to promote sustained recovery and prevent relapse. The PRC is a visible role model, advocate, and member of the interdisciplinary SUD team. Key Responsibilities

Salary Range: Minimum 22.33/hour - Maximum 36.86/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
